Compliance
Tiktok has US, UK, and Chinese versions to follow strict media laws.
Prevent children from being addicted to scrolling on Tiktok but this law is not available in the US.
Tiktok provides quarterly transparency report of data requests made by government agencies around the world.
Tiktok doesn't accept political ads
If below 13 years old, the user has a restrictive version of Tiktok.
There's also a tool to manage your kid's account.
