🧠Avoid Impulsive Buying

  • I won't buy gadgets that won't yield income.

  • I won't upgrade if it's still working unless it doesn't do the job anymore.

  • 3 Week Rule

    • Before you buy something, wait for 3 weeks before really buying an item.

    • You'll find yourself losing interest in the first or second week if it's not essential.

    • This is to avoid you from impulsive buying coz marketing, ads, and influencers are too powerful in today's world.

    • Trust me. There were so many gadgets and expensive stuff I didn't buy because of this rule.

  • Avoid Lifestyle Inflation

    • Your spending INSTANTLY increases as your income increases.

    • You don’t wanna a buy a Porsche then few months later, “poor na pala siya” (From the Pera & Purpose Podcast)
