The promotion starts on May 31, 2023, at 12:01 AM, and ends on July 25, 2023, at 11:59 PM.
This promotion is open to all 7-Eleven customers, and CLiQQ app users of the Philippines (Philippine Seven Corporation) with complete contact info. (Customers must update their profile- First Name, Last Name, valid Email Address, and Birthday, through the app (icon found on the upper left). If you wish to update your home address go to Settings.)
A customer can avail his/her choice of City Cafe or Gulp destination cup. A purchase of City Cafe or Gulp destination cup will add to the poll of favorite travel destination
For non-CLiQQ users, customer scans the printed QR code on the cup and enters the EsCupades promo website.
Non-CLiQQ customer registers the raffle entry in the promo website (Put URL here)
Non-CLiQQ customer is required to input his/her name, address, contact information, birthday, date and time of purchase on the receipt, invoice number of the receipt, store number on the receipt, and receipt picture to qualify. For two or more cups under one receipt, invoice number of one receipt can be registered in the promo website for a maximum of 10 times only. Multiple individuals uploading the same receipt will disqualify the entries all together
A customer can enter as many different entries with unique proof of purchase(s) (receipts) as they want.
Customer who uses CLiQQ app during the transaction of City Cafe or Gulp destination cup may refer to their CLiQQ app account. Every cup purchased will award them 2 e-raffle entries.
A CLiQQ or Non- CLiQQ winning customer must present two (2) valid government IDs, original receipt or picture of original receipt as proof of purchase, and registered mobile number used during the entry registration upon claiming. Duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
Only raffle entry(s) submitted through the promo website and CLiQQ app e-raffle entries submitted until July 25, 2023, 11:59 PM shall qualify for the e-raffle draw.
Participants can only win once. In case the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be rewarded.
Promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines above 13 years of age except employees and family members of Philippine Seven Corporation, Franchisees, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Prizes include
Round-trip airfare to Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Paris, and Tokyo for four, economy only.
Accommodation of our choice for four.
Additional PHP200,000 pocket money for the winner of the most popular destination in the promo poll.
Consolation prizes: 5 winners of iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB and 5 winners of American Tourister Small Luggage (55cm).
Details of the travel and accommodation will be handled by Philippine Seven Corporation accredited travel agency. Any resulting fees from changes in the aforementioned items by the winner will be handled by the winner. Winners will be endorsed to the accredited travel agency for visa application. Fees and documentation for visa application will be handled by the winner.
In case of visa application rejection, expenses incurred during the initial visa application will be shouldered by the winner.
Duration of the prize is strictly five (5) days only (5 days, 4 nights including travel time). Any extensions and related expenses will be shouldered by the winner
Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s ) to travel complete with proper legal forms compliant to the Philippine government mandated travel requirements
Draw will be held on August 8, 2023, at 3 pm and will be witnessed by a DTI representative at Philippine Seven Corporation, 7th floor The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave.Mandaluyong City.
Names drawn will be subject to verification by Philippine Seven Corporation. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made.
Winners shall be notified through registered mobile number/landline and via registered mail and email.
Validity of prizes will be for one year from the date of notification for winning the raffle.
Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to suspend the release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Philippine Seven Corporation and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize
To claim prizes, winners must present the letter of notification from Philippine Seven Corporation together with two (2) valid IDs (IDs with a picture on them): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by a parent/guardian with valid I.D.s.
Prizes can be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office (7th Floor Columbia Tower Building, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City).
Provincial Winners may claim their prize at any Regional Office.
Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippines Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
20% Tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by the winner. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
“In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.”
